Trump’s golf properties report nearly $395M in 2025 revenue
Trump’s golf businesses generated close to $395 million in income in 2025, according to his financial disclosure released June 30, 2026. The figure covers membership dues, event hosting and hospitality at courses including Doral and Bedminster, and was boosted by PGA Tour and LIV Golf events.
What happened
Trump’s 2025 financial disclosure, released June 30, 2026, showed his golf businesses reported $394,808,813 in income for 2025, the first year of his second term. The figure combines golf-related revenue, golf and hotel related revenue, management fees and business income across the 16 operating properties in the Trump Golf portfolio, which Trump owns through a web of LLCs.
Doral in Miami led with $121.9 million. Bedminster in New Jersey reported $37.6 million, Trump International West Palm Beach $36.9 million, Jupiter $31.6 million, Turnberry in Scotland $31.4 million, and the Washington-area club $24.9 million.
LIV Golf, the tour backed by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund, played Doral in April 2025 with Trump in attendance. In 2026 Doral added a PGA Tour event, LIV played Trump’s Virginia club, and Bedminster was set to host LIV in August. The figures are revenue as reported, not profit.
Who benefited
Trump owns the courses through a web of LLCs, and his disclosed personal income includes the $394.8 million. It is counted in his take. His sons, who run the Trump Organization, draw their livelihoods from the same properties.
Who wanted something
LIV Golf and the Saudi fund behind it scheduled their Miami event at the president’s resort. Members, guests and event organizers also pay to be at properties the president frequents, including the Secret Service-protected clubs in Florida and New Jersey where he spends weekends.
Who lost out
Members, event organizers and guests paid the money. The record does not identify a specific public cost, though taxpayers fund the security and travel that make the clubs presidential destinations. The $394.8 million is revenue as reported, not profit.
Why it matters
A sitting president reported nearly $395 million in revenue in one year from golf clubs he still owns, including an event staged by a foreign sovereign fund. Trump did not divest on taking office and says his sons and company executives run day-to-day operations. Every round, membership and tournament at these properties is money to the president.
